Adjustment Principle
Utilizing the load-bearing capacity of scissor jacks, each support column is equipped with a scissor jack. The screw rod of the scissor jack is connected to the drive shaft via a universal joint. Rotating the screw rod raises or lowers the support beam. By manually or electrically rotating the jack screw rod, the angle of the photovoltaic modules mounted on the bracket can be adjusted in a multi-point synchronous adjustable manner, to face the sun.
● The weight of a 1MW jack-adjustable bracket is around 35 tons
● The hot-dip galvanized screw rod of the jack-adjustable bracket will not rust for 25 years
● The battery used for the adjustment tool can work for a day
● The price of a jack-adjustable bracket is generally 0.03 yuan/watt higher than a fixed bracket
● Approximately 1.5GW of jack-adjustable brackets have been installed
● Without the need to tighten bolts or pins, one person can adjust at least 5MW per day
